Choosing A Photoshop Computer
Things You Need To Know When Choosing A Photoshop or Graphic Design Computer: https://youtu.be/BypkjzYFfRg
In this video I discuss some important things you need to consider when choosing a computer to do Photoshop or Graphic Design work.
I cover both desktops and laptops, specs cost, and things to think about when choosing a Mac or PC.
There is by the way no performance difference on Mac vs PC in a 64bit OS, its a myth. Adobe clarifies this in their hardware performance whitepaper. Its all about specs and setup.

Photoshop CC Tutorial High Pass Filter Sharpening Tutorial
https://youtu.be/MHvXMVVFlJg In this Photoshop CC Tutorial I cover 3 different techniques for sharpening your images:
High Pass Filter Sharpening in Photoshop
Smart Sharpening in Photoshop
Unsharp Mask Sharpening in Photoshop
Sharpening your images without producing too much noise is something that many people using Photoshop struggle with. When combined with masking it is actually quite easy to sharpen only the areas that require it and get better overall results and sharper images.
Of all of the techniques for Sharpening images in Photoshop I prefer the High Pass Filter Technique and the Unsharp Mask Technique the most, and they are what I use when retouching my images.
However the new Smart Sharpen in Photoshop CC is growing on me and its slowly becoming my new standard. Also the ability to use it as a smart filter for non destructive editing is something that I like about it as most of my Photoshop workflow focuses on Non Destructive Editing.

How To Resurface Older Videos for New Subscribers [YouTube Q&A]
Maintaining an active channel feed keeps your subscribers engaged and coming back for more videos. However, you don’t want to share too much activity from your YouTube channel and risk spamming them or cluttering their subscription feed with all your channel’s notifications.
Here’s how to determine whether you should share likes, comments, playlists, and other activity to your channel feed or whether your should keep that activity private as to not overwhelm subscribers. I share my strategy for what I do and why I do it so I can resurface older videos that newer subscribers may not have seen.
What’s your strategy for maintaining your channel feed’s activity?
SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO QUESTION
1. No music nor sound effects.
2. No text nor logos.
3. Keep it brief.
4. Include your name and channel URL in the “message” field.
5. Upload your video here: https://videocreators.wetransfer.com

How To Collect Email Addresses from YouTube Subscribers
When someone subscribes to your YouTube channel they are signing up to receive updates about new videos from your channel. However, sometimes YouTube’s subscriptions break or users don’t regularly check YouTube to see your new videos. Because of that, it’s important to also collect email addresses from your subscribers. It lets you connect with them outside YouTube and send them information you cannot always make available through YouTube.
The way I collect email addresses is to visually offer a free download of my ebook, “The Secret to Building Your YouTube Audience,” at the end of every video. Viewers can click it to opt in to my email list and receive the ebook. I use that list to continually keep them engaged with weekly emails that hopefully add additional value to them through exclusive content I don’t share in my videos.

YouTube Says Channels are now basically Podcasts [Video News]
Last week YouTube made a controversial announcement about an update coming to the mobile app in November. Users will have the option to download your videos for offline viewing. The videos will play for 48 hours, at which time they will expire and the device will need to reconnect to the Internet to sync views, ad revnue, and such.
Before the update launches, creators have the ability to disable downloads of their videos under their advanced channel settings, found here: http://goo.gl/DJeaDi
Will you leave video downloads enabled for your channel or will you disable them, and why?

Healthy Or Not: 5 Surprising Health Foods You Shouldn’t Eat!
Healthy or not? It may surprise you to learn that there are 5 “health foods” that are actually not healthy at all. In this video you’ll learn the 5 surprising health foods you shouldn’t be eating, and some healthier alternatives to eat instead.
**Of course — as you know — what you choose to eat and consume is your choice and responsibility.
1. Whole Wheat Bread. Healthy or not? In most cases, not. Why? Whole wheat bread contains a chemical that’s banned in numerous other countries. Instead, eat Ezekiel Bread, which is flourless and whole grain, and is digestible in the way our bodies were meant to eat. http://www.foodforlife.com/about_us/ezekiel-49
2. Agave Nectar. This popular sweetener has a higher concentration of fructose than high fructose corn syrup. If you’re wondering whether this “health food” is still healthy or not, think about this: the high levels of fructose in agave nectar contribute to visceral belly fat. Instead, use coconut palm sugar, which contains all the minerals and vitamins from the coconut and is low-glycemic. Another option is Sweet Leaf Stevia. http://www.sweetleaf.com/
3. Gatorade. This drink is on the list of 5 foods to not eat because it’s basically sugar, chemicals, and salt. Until recently, it even contained a controversial flame-retardant chemical, too! Instead of drinking Gatorade, drink raw coconut water (not from concentrate) or try eating celery, which is also a great electrolyte booster.
http://foodbabe.com/2012/07/10/the-secret-behind-gatorade-how-to-replenish-electrolytes-naturally/
4. Almond Milk. You may never have wondered if this was healthy or not, but store-bought almond milk contains the ingredient Carrageenan. This can disrupt your GI tract and is also found in dairy products. Instead, try the Whole Foods 365 brand of almond milk, check ingredient labels, or make your own at home.
5. Frozen Yogurt. This “health food” is loaded with sugars and processed ingredients. In fact, frozen yogurt is processed to the point where probiotic levels are diminished, so there’s no question if it’s healthy or not. Instead, try Red Mango, one of the cleanest ones out there, or make your own from coconut milk.
