SSD vs HDD, Fastest Drives for Video Editing.
Video Editing and 4K Video Editing require the fastest drives. I use the Samsung T3 Portable SSD and the Samsung 850 EVO SSD when working on my video projects.
SSD’s ARE BEST DRIVES FOR VIDEO EDITING
SSD or Solid State Drives are Faster for Video Editing than regular Hard Disk Drives. SSD’s offer faster read and write speeds, and tend to be more reliable. Using multiple drives also provides a ton of advantages. I consider SSD’s to be better for video editing overall based on speed and performance, but they do cost more.
